How to place an order?
1. Shopping cart
Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can choose to submit your order at any time, until then you can simply change the number of products or delete the selection by clicking the button "Remove". Click the button "Checkout" to go to next order step.
3. Billing address check / Select payment
Now, check your billing address and select your desired Payment Method. Click the button "Next" to go to the next order step.
4. Check shipping address / Shipping options
Now check your shipping address and enter your Shipping Method. Click the button "Next" to go to the next order step.
5. Placing the order / Terms and Conditions
Now you will get an overview of your order: Take another look at the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact information, and correct if necessary. Please read our General Terms and Conditions and Withdrawal Policy carefully. You can proceed with the order only if you agree to the Terms and Conditions (checked). To confirm the order, click the button "Buy Now". Herewith you submit a legally binding offer.
Sales are only available by PayPal. We will directly ship after we recieved your payment. The company reserves the right to exclude single payment methods. Delivery abroad can also be paid via PayPal. The PayPal account is debited on the day of ordering.
Goods will be dispatched with GLS.
The shipping costs are driectly shown in the order transaction.
You may revoke your contractual agreement without having to provide a reason for doing so within 14 days in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) or - if the item is provided to you before the period expires - by returning the goods. The deadline shall commence following receipt of this notification in text form. The timely despatch of the revocation or the goods shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.

In the event of a valid cancellation, the payments or goods received by both parties are to be restored and, if necessary, any profit drawn surrendered. If you are not able to return the payment or service received to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with an appropriate replacement in terms of value in this respect. In the case of retuning the goods this is not applicable when the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to its testing - similar to what is possible in a retail store.
Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration of matter, as a consequence of the intended use of the item, by not using the goods as your property and refrain anything that could reduce its value. Products able to be despatched have to be returned at our expense and risk.
Obligations to the refund of payments must be met within 30 days. For you, the period begins on submission of the declaration of withdrawal and for us upon receipt of the same.
